What kind of food do you serve?
Modern cuisine with a heavy emphasis on local ingredients.
On weekdays we serve a set 3 course a la carte menu which Chef Cameron changes monthly.
For the weekend we serve a surprise 4 course menu (rather than ordering from a menu, the chefs spend all afternoon creating dishes specifically for that night's guests. Our staff will ask each diner “Is there anything you can't eat?” in order to serve diet appropriate dishes.
How is dinner on weekends served?
Dinner starts at 9.00 pm sharp and the guests should arrive on or about 8.00 pm. (Bangkok traffic is notoriously thick on most weekend nights)
The service is a one seating, banquet style service.
There is no menu for dinner as it will be a surprise to the guests.
Why do you call it a “Surprise Menu?”
We call it a “Surprise Menu” because you will not be ordering from a set menu like you would if you dined with us on Sunday thru Thursday.
We have done the Surprise Menu from the beginning in 2002; the chefs spend all afternoon toiling diligently in the kitchen to prepare a menu specific for the guests dining on the weekend nights. Thus, we are choosing the menu for you. Hence, the “Surprise” element.
What is the current menu or menu for this month?
We change our menu every month.
The food is modern international cuisine using local and imported ingredients.

Why do you ALWAYS check my ID card?
Although Thai law states IDs are supposed to be checked at all clubs/bars, this is rarely enforced.
Unless, of course, you are a very high profile venue like Bed. Thus, although we know it can be a royal pain in the ass, the Thai police have specifically asked us very nicely to check all IDs.

The guest list is up to the discretion of the management.

What is the best night to bring out of town guests to Bed?
This is always one of the most difficult questions to answer, because so much of it depends on your guests.
- If you want a night that is a little slower paced
- We would recommend a Sunday or Monday.

- Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays are usually the best showcases.
